Mason hopes to help people understand retirement, benefits, and financial wellness by creating versatile financial tools without sacrificing accessibility.
He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with Bachelor’s degrees in both Computer Science and Japanese, and has done both work and research in a variety of technical fields. He uses this experience as a developer for Votaire, helping to build tools and resources that he hopes will make financial wellness and a comfortable retirement something that anyone can achieve.
A former member of Notre Dame’s marching band, he enjoys visiting his alma mater on football weekends and enjoying the game day experience now that the pressure of performing is off of his shoulders.
Everything is interconnected, and how we connect things is how we experience them. With over 25 years working in all facets of business, Chuck has seen firsthand the importance of connecting people, processes, and strategies. His work in the wellness industry has been recognized and utilized nationally and internationally. He has developed numerous workplace and community initiatives, as well as evaluated and consulted with hundreds of organizations on wellness strategies.
As a Consultant with Votaire, he connects our life-cycle financial platform to all dimensions of well-being, which helps employees understand how their habits and choices are affecting their lives today and into the future.Chuck holds degrees from the University of Indianapolis (MBA) and Purdue University (BA). He enjoys swimming, hiking and waterskiing, but most of all, he loves spending time with his wife and daughter doing whatever they want (except shopping).
